The Next Paralegal is operated and sold by Paralegal Express. Your agreement for the program is with Paralegal Express. By creating an account, purchasing enrollment or continuing to use the program, you agree to these terms. Contact: jynessalewis@gmail.com.

Enrollment costs US$25 as a one-time payment. Applicable tax is shown before you pay. There is no subscription, recurring billing or renewal. Confirmed payment grants ongoing access to the full program; lessons and assessments open in sequence as you complete their requirements. Account creation alone does not charge you. Access may end following a refund, reversal, account deletion or suspension under these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax, billing and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Our refund policy

Course materials are for personal education, not legal advice. Fictional documents must not be filed or used for actual matters. This is not an accredited degree, professional license or authorization to practice law. Completion and employment are not guaranteed.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and submit your own work. Certificates require completion of academic requirements, not just payment. Certificates may be revoked for dishonest completion.

Paralegal Express retains ownership of the program’s original materials, software, documentation and branding; third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to study the content. Do not redistribute or resell it, infringe intellectual property, engage in unlawful use, fraud or spam, or interfere with security through malware, probing, unauthorized scraping or bypassing access controls. You retain rights to your submissions and permit us to store and review them to deliver the program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law protects.

You may export your work before deleting your account. Deletion removes learning, portfolio and public certificate verification data; legally required financial records are retained. Deletion does not itself refund payment. We may update course content and these terms and will communicate material changes affecting your purchase rights.
