Refund policy
Enrollment purchase
The Next Paralegal is sold by Paralegal Express. Enrollment costs US$25 once, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. There is no subscription or renewal.
14-day refund request window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, including for a change of mind. Our orders are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility and processing follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. This window does not limit any longer period or other refund rights available under those terms or applicable consumer law. Please review those terms before purchasing.
Request a refund
Visit paddle.net for payment and refund assistance, or contact us with the email used for your purchase. You can also send a support request from My Account. Never send your full card number or security code. A request does not itself issue a refund; requests are handled under the provider terms and applicable law.
Program access
A refund or payment reversal revokes paid program access once confirmed. Submitting a refund request alone does not revoke access. Deleting your account does not automatically refund your payment.
